Returns & Exchanges
We like what we make and want you to absolutely love your purchase from forestière. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund unworn/unused items in their original condition and with the original packaging. Any returns/exchanges must be made within 5 days upon receipt of your order. Items without original packaging or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions.
Unless an item is insured, forestière cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, although we understand that this can be a frustrating experience and will try our best to replace damaged/lost items.
All SALE ITEMS are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
All gift certificate purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
To make a return/exchange:
Please email email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of the item with your order number and stating the reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide you with the shipping address of where to send your package.
IMPORTANT: If you are shipping your return item from outside of Canada, please mark “Return” on your customs label.
Once we receive your returned item in original and sellable condition, we will credit/refund you the merchandise amount only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that when an item is being returned, we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit and therefore encourage you to ship any items for return/exchange with a tracking number and insurance. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.
